Zoophony Q&A: Lions and Tigers and Snares, Oh My!

December 10, 2021 at 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm EST

Free Funded by the Toronto Symphony Orchestra

Come join the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and the Toronto Zoo for a Q&A session about their brand new, wildly unique concert: Zoophony.

On December 10, from 1:00pm to 1:45pm, we’ll be hosting a live Zoophony Q&A Session. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions to some of the people who helped make Zoophony possible, such as:

  • Shawn Blackburn – Toronto Zoo Representative in Zoophony
  • Daniel Bartholemew-Poyser – The TSO’s Barrett Principal Education Conductor & Community Ambassador
  • Emilie LeBel – The composer of the music accompanying Kiwis Can’t Play the Violin
  • Mary Ellen Fraser – The Toronto Zoo’s Learning & Engagement Coordinator

This Q&A is free and open to all, but it is best suited to K to Gr. 4 students who have watched Zoophony.

If you haven’t seen Zoophony yet, you can purchase access for your classroom today at TSO.CA/Zoophony. You won’t want to miss this innovative concert!
