Assignments are a Breeze with Microsoft Teams – Educator Workshop

Whether you’re teaching virtually or in-person, a lot of time is taken up by “handing out” and “collecting” assignments.
When those assignments can be a variety of digital products like a PowerPoint, Word Doc, image, sound bite, video file or creative design, it’s difficult to make sure everyone has the right access!
Assignments inside Microsoft Teams helps you simplify your teaching workflow and makes giving feedback easier.
Inside this 60-minute workshop, we’ll look at how to set up assignments, add rubrics and resources, and schedule them. We’ll also look at the students’ view of those assignments and how your class can turn in their work. Finally, we’ll look at how to give feedback, assign grades, and return student work back to them.
Join us as we share our classroom routines to help Assignments become part of your every day classroom procedures.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll be ready to use Assignments inside Microsoft Teams with your class. You’ll have updated strategies on how to best use this tool for both in-person and virtual classrooms, as well as the tools built into Microsoft Teams that will help keep you and your students organized.
