Do You Want to Build a Snowperson? Co-Taught Lesson

December 17, 2021 at 10:00 am - 11:00 am EST

Free Funded by Microsoft Canada

And we promise you won't get snowy, wet or cold!

Even if you do not have snow at the moment, you can still make your own digital version by using Microsoft PowerPoint and the “Build a Snowperson” template.

In this engaging interactive lesson, your class will craft a digital snowperson by copying and pasting eyes, mouths, arms, legs, hats, and more, to customize your creation.

For those who want to be more creative, we’ll also explore how to find and add other images than those provided in the template!

When you’re all done, you’ll write a story about your snowperson, and explore options for sharing your final product.

This is a great seasonal project for being creative, practicing tech skills, and improving writing skills.

This lesson is perfect for Grade 3 to Grade 8 classes.

Join us live, or register below and receive the recording to use when it fits your class schedule best.

Only teacher registration is required!

Thank you Microsoft Canada for funding this lesson so it can be FREE for all classrooms!
