QPAT Pre-Convention Workshops

FreeThe QPAT Pre-Convention Virtual Workshops will take place on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 9:00am to 3:00pm, with an hour break for lunch.
Ways to Learn this Year
For each QPAT pre-convention workshop, you have the option of attending the live lesson on October 14th, or receiving the recorded workshop after.
In addition to the standard educator workshop, this year we’ll also be offering co-taught lessons. Co-taught lessons offer you the opportunity to learn alongside your class – no release time is required! Learn more about a co-taught lesson here.
The cost for pre-convention this year is FREE.

Différentes façons d’apprendre cette année
Pour chaque atelier pré-congrès, vous aurez l’option d’assister en direct le 14 octobre ou de recevoir la vidéo ultérieurement.
Cette année, en plus des ateliers standards, nous offrons également des ateliers en co-enseignement. Ces ateliers vous permettront d’apprendre en compagnie de vos élèves. Aucun frais de dégagement ou de suppléance! Découvrez nos scénarios de co-enseignement ici.

Professional Improvement Grants
Any teacher wishing to participate in a pre-convention workshop may make a request to the Professional Improvement Committee in his/her school or his/her school board to cover substitution costs (no release time required for co-taught lessons).
Programme de bourses de perfectionnement professionnel
Tout(e) enseignant(e) souhaitant participer à un atelier pré-congrès peut faire une demande de bourse de développement professionnel auprès de son école/centre de service/commission scolaire afin de couvrir les frais de suppléance encourus (aucun frais de suppléance pour les ateliers en co-enseignement).
