Is your Mind Full or are you Mindful?
March 28 at 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDTFree SMART
What is your mind full of?
Let’s take a break from our busy days and focus on becoming a little more mindful.
Students who engage in mindfulness practices oftentimes feel a positive impact on self-efficacy and experience cognitive improvements. Mindfulness can even help build stronger relationships!
Inside this 60-minute co-taught lesson for Grade 4 to 6 classrooms, you and your students will explore mindfulness using a lesson inside Lumio by SMART (formerly known as SMART Learning Suite Online).
Please note: As this lesson is using the live collaboration tool inside Lumio, a replay of the lesson will not be available.
