Inside this co-taught lesson, for students in Grade 3 – 10, we’ll look at how we can bring mindfulness routines into our life in and out of the classroom.

Supporting our mental health is so important, and this co-taught lesson helps you and your students find easy ways to bring mindful routines into your daily schedule.

Join us for this 60-minute social-emotional wellness lesson where we’ll see try a few different techniques to help reduce stress and promote overall wellness.
