This workshop is designed to help teachers understand how they can use ChatGPT, a powerful language model developed by OpenAI, in their classroom. Through hands-on activities and interactive discussions, participants will gain a deep understanding of how ChatGPT works and how it can be used to support language learning, facilitate student engagement, and enhance writing instruction. Teachers will have the opportunity to experiment with ChatGPT themselves, using it to generate writing prompts, answer questions, and provide feedback on student work. By the end of the workshop, teachers will have a solid understanding of the potential of ChatGPT and the ways in which it can be used to enhance the classroom experience for both students and teachers.

While it is true that this workshop will include all of those things, we’ll also be providing something that ChatGPT won’t ever be able to replace: the opinions and advice of experienced educators who understand the complexities of AI in Education.
