The Workshops

The Basics

November 28 - 4pm ET | 2pm MT

Email management begins with a solid foundation, and this is what this workshop is all about.  We’ll understand how Outlook is structured, how to personalize our experience (as we all use email differently!) and look at how Outlook integrates with your Calendar.

Mac & iPhone

November 29 - 4pm ET | 2pm MT

Do you use a MacBook or iPhone?  This workshop is perfect for you as we explore how the MacBook and iPhone platforms are unique.  We will also share best practices on how to make sure that your Apple devices sync correctly with your Outlook and other Microsoft services correctly.

The Web App

November 30 - 4pm ET | 2pm MT

Did you know you can access your inbox from the web?!  Yup!  Outlook’s web app allows you to connect to your inbox on any device and still have access to all of the tools.  This workshop will showcase scheduling emails, accessing your calendar on the web, suggested replies and the focused inbox feature.

Outlook 2.0

December 1 - 4pm ET | 2pm MT

Ready to level up your inbox management?  This workshop dives into the best tips to get control of your inbox from quick polls, creating and managing automations, tasks, templates, Teams integration and other features to help you work smarter, not harder.
